The Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation, Muahmed Najah, has announced that the physical construction of the Central Power Station, designed to enhance the electricity services in Addu City, will begin following the month of Ramadan.
The project, which has been contracted to Dubai-based Definite Solutions, is targeted for completion by July of next year. The power station will be equipped with modern, low-speed engines from the renowned Belgian brand ABC. Once the project is finalized, the facility will boast a power generation capacity of 26.37 megawatts, providing a sustainable and permanent resolution to the electricity challenges faced by Addu City.
