The Maldives Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has announced that its new 11-story office complex, located in Hulhumalé Phase 1, is scheduled for inauguration on April 9th. The finishing stages of this modern architectural project are currently underway, with overall completion expected by the end of March. In addition to housing the company’s headquarters, the building will feature premium facilities such as a business lounge and a conference hall. MTDC anticipates that leasing out the majority of the office space will significantly diversify its revenue streams and ensure long-term sustainable growth for the corporation.
