Minister Adam Shareef Umar has announced that from the 11th of this month, the government-sponsored distribution of Ramadan tuna cases in the Greater Male’ area will be exclusively managed through the MIFCO Maafannu store. Although distribution is currently being carried out at multiple locations across Male’, Hulhumale’, and Villimale’, these operations are scheduled to conclude at those sites by the 11th.
To enhance the efficiency of this year’s distribution process, a scheduling system has been established via the “Ramadan Hadhiya” portal. Thus far, over 35,000 cases have been delivered to households in the Male’ area. The government remains committed to providing these gifts to all households nationwide, with a total target of distributing 118,773 tuna cases this year.
