The Member of Parliament for Kendhikulhudhoo Constituency, Mohamed Afu Hamid, has been elected as the Chairperson of Club Green Streets. While changes have been made to Green Streets’ executive committee, Mohamed Shifaz has been elected as the Senior Vice Chairperson of the club. Muawiyath Khaleel has been elected as the Vice Chairperson. These three positions were filled through elections held on October 26, 2025. The remaining members of the executive committee are those who were elected on February 14, 2025.

Additional members of Green Streets’ Executive Committee:

  • Ibrahim Abdullah – Vice Chairperson
  • Ibrahim Azim – Administrative Secretary
  • Deputy Administrative Secretary – Mohamed Yameen Ahmed
  • Yoosau Lateef – Treasurer
  • Ahmed Ihtisam – Deputy Treasurer
  • Hussain Fauzan – Media Coordinator

Club Green Streets has been working hard to improve its position in the First Division this season. One of the biggest challenges the club faced at the beginning of this year was financial constraints and difficulty in recruiting quality players. Green Streets, currently at the bottom of the Dhivehi Premier League with 3 points, suffered a heavy 9-0 defeat in their last match against Maziya Sports and Recreation Club. The club’s next match will be against Odi Sports Club on Friday. So far this season, Green Streets has managed only one win, which came against Club Eagles in their match on October 1.
