Maldivian has temporarily suspended ticket issuance at its offices in L. Kadhdhoo and Addu City Gan. The airline stated that from July 1, the arrangement for customers to obtain tickets by visiting the company’s offices in these two areas has been temporarily suspended. Maldivian did not disclose the reason for this service suspension. However, the airline has revealed that other services provided by these offices will continue to be available as before.
Maldivian said that although ticket issuance at their offices in L. Kadhdhoo and Addu City Gan has been suspended, tickets can still be obtained through the company’s other channels. These include the Maldivian mobile application, call center, email, Viber, and through appointed agents.
The company has stated that their counters at the airports will remain open during check-in times, and customer assistance will be provided at these locations. Although ticket issuance has been temporarily suspended at the offices in L. Kadhdhoo and Addu City Gan, Maldivian has disclosed that arrangements for ticket issuance are still in place at the company’s offices in other regions.
