Police have found a large sum of money during a search of the house where Shamaan Waheed, who was dismissed from the position of Immigration Controller, was living. At that time, he had been dismissed from his position as an Immigration officer. However, in 2022, the Employment Tribunal had ruled that Shamaan’s dismissal was unlawful and ordered his reinstatement.
