Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources, Ahmed Shiyam, has stated that HDh. Kulhudhuffushi serves as the primary economic hub of the northern Maldives. He emphasized that only an administration with a clear developmental vision can maximize the influx of revenue and foreign currency into the city.
Speaking at a campaign rally in Kulhudhuffushi, the Minister highlighted that the government’s core objective is to enhance the financial well-being of its citizens and provide sustainable economic benefits. In this regard, he underscored the importance of electing candidates who are committed to working closely with the current administration.
Furthermore, Minister Shiyam noted that the 2025 State Budget will be the first to fully implement the strategic vision of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu. He expressed confidence that this budget will pave the way for significant advancements in national development projects.
