Jews stranded in various parts of the world unable to return to their country have begun to be brought back. Due to the exchange of attacks between Iran and Jews following the Jews’ initial attack on Iran, airspaces in the Middle East have been closed. As a result, thousands of Jews have been stranded in various countries without a way to return home. The Jewish government has estimated that the number of Jewish citizens stranded in different countries will exceed 50,000.

To bring such people back to the country, the Jewish national airline, El Al, has arranged a special flight. An aircraft carrying a large number of Jewish citizens from Cyprus landed at Tel Aviv airport on the morning of June 18. Jews have now arranged flights to bring people from Athens in Greece, Rome and Milan in Italy, as well as Paris in France. In the past 24 hours, more than 1,000 people have been brought back to the country via Cyprus. Jews said that the work of bringing people back to the country is being done in phases after considering security matters.

While thousands of people are unable to return to the Jewish state, there are also more than 38,000 tourists from other countries stranded in that country unable to return home. People from foreign countries in Iran are also stranded unable to return to their countries. Such people are leaving Iran by land routes. China has evacuated its citizens from Tehran to Turkmenistan. A large number of people have crossed regional borders to Armenia and Azerbaijan.
