ITB Berlin 2026, the world’s premier travel trade show, has officially commenced. Representing the Maldives, a total of 159 delegates from 67 companies have joined Visit Maldives to showcase and promote the destination on this global stage.
This year, the Maldives is represented by an expansive 504-square-meter stand, uniquely designed to resemble a traditional safari vessel. The Maldives’ participation includes a series of high-level press conferences, B2B networking sessions, and a prestigious special event titled ‘Maldivian Night.’
Scheduled to continue until the 5th of this month, this fair provides a vital platform for the Maldives to fortify its presence in the international tourism industry and strategically expand its reach into emerging global markets.
