Following a two-year hiatus, the current season of the Dhivehi Premier League has reached the end of Matchweek 13. With only five matches remaining for each team, Maziya Sports and Recreation Club has firmly established its position at the summit of the league table.

Maziya concluded these 13 matches with an impressive unbeaten record. The only instance they dropped points was in their encounter against TC Sports Club on the 18th of last month, which resulted in a 1-1 draw. Currently, Maziya leads the standings with a total of 37 points.

Occupying the second position is Odi Sports Club, a team making its debut in the first division this season. Odi has accumulated 29 points from 13 matches, leaving them eight points adrift of the leaders.

New Radiant Sports Club, making their return to the top flight this season after a period of suspension, currently holds the third spot. They have secured 24 points from their 13 fixtures.

Buru Sports Club sits in fourth place with 23 points, while Victory Sports Club—who earned promotion back to the first division this season—follows in fifth with 20 points. Club Eagles is in sixth place with 19 points, and TC Sports Club occupies the seventh position with 9 points. Club Green Streets and Club Valencia are ranked eighth and ninth respectively, both having secured 8 points so far.

At the bottom of the table, United Victory struggles with 7 points, having suffered 10 defeats in their 13 matches.

Should the standings remain unchanged at the conclusion of the season, United Victory and Club Valencia will face automatic relegation to the second division. Additionally, Club Green Streets and TC Sports Club will be required to compete in the relegation play-offs to maintain their top-flight status.
