The Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation, Mohamed Najah, has announced the corporation’s decision to establish a specialized engineering school in Addu City. Discussions are currently underway with the Addu City Council to secure the necessary land, and physical construction is set to commence as soon as the site is finalized.
Developed in collaboration with an international partner, this institution aims to provide comprehensive training for staff in vital technical fields, including water management, sewerage systems, electricity, and solar energy. Fenaka anticipates that this initiative will empower its nationwide workforce with the professional certification and technical expertise required to enhance service quality and significantly reduce the frequency of machinery breakdowns and maintenance issues.
