The “Enthusiastic to the Stadium” event, held to promote the upcoming match between Maldives and Tajikistan in the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers on Tuesday, has received a great response. This event, which included ticket sales for the match and discounted national team jersey sales, saw the participation of national team players, coaches, officials, and some senior members of the FAM. The event also featured autograph sessions with national team players, photo opportunities with the team, and chances to take photos with the trophies recently won by Maldives in international tournaments.
The event included activities popular among children, such as performances by Robo-Man, as well as drumming and dancing by the Bodu Beru group, along with other child-friendly activities. “Enthusiastic to the Stadium” is an event organized to promote not only the match between Maldives and Tajikistan in the Asian Cup Qualifiers but also the match between Maldives and the Philippines on November 18th. The aim is to encourage as many supporters as possible to attend the matches. The national team hopes that a large number of supporters will come to the Galolhu Stadium for matches played in the Maldives, filling the national football stadium with red.
