First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has stated that Women’s Development Committees (WDCs) play a pivotal role in bringing the challenges faced by women to the forefront of government policymaking. She emphasized that the objectives of these committees can only be fully realized by electing individuals who are committed to working in harmony with the government. Highlighting the significant role WDCs play in empowering women and conveying the lived realities of the citizens to the administration, the First Lady urged the public to vote for the PNC candidate to ensure a unified direction and seamless collaboration with the government.
