Club Eagles secured their spot in the group stage of the President’s Cup 2026 after a commanding 6-0 victory over Club Green Streets in the playoff match. Dominating the game throughout, Ibrahim Mahudhee delivered a standout performance by scoring a hat-trick. The remaining goals for Eagles were netted by Shamweel Qasim and Ali Haafiz, alongside an own goal from a Green Streets player.
Although Green Streets were awarded a penalty in the closing stages of the match, they failed to convert the opportunity. With this win, Club Eagles will now compete in Group B, alongside Odi Sports Club and New Radiant Sports Club.
