The development of an outdoor volleyball court in ADh. Fenfulhi has commenced. During his trip to ADh. Atoll, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu laid the foundation for this volleyball court and participated in the ceremony. The Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, Abdullah Rafiu, officially inaugurated the practical work of this project. The ceremony was attended by the Member of Parliament for ADh. Mahibadhoo constituency, Qasim Ibrahim, Managing Director of MTCC, DCP (Rtd) Ahmed Saudi, Fenfulhi Council members, and senior officials from government institutions.
The Fenfulhi volleyball court project, which has been entrusted to MTCC, includes concrete work, steel work, electrical work, turf laying, and equipment installation. This is a project awarded to the company for 1.24 million rufiyaa, to be completed within 120 days. MTCC considers this project to be closely aligned with the aspirations of Fenfulhi’s youth, and believes that upon completion of the volleyball court, it will bring social progress to the island’s residents and facilitate the maintenance of unity.
