Intishar Mustafa, the vice-captain of the Bangladesh National Futsal Team, has been expelled from the squad and sent home due to disciplinary concerns. According to the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), the player repeatedly violated team protocols and acted in a manner that undermined the management’s integrity.
This decision follows a red card incident during their match against the Maldives, for which Mustafa reportedly held the coach responsible. At the time of his dismissal, Bangladesh currently sits fourth in the SAFF Futsal Championship standings, having secured four points from three matches.
