President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has inaugurated the BML ATM service in Feeali, Faafu Atoll. The President launched the BML ATM service in Feeali during his current tour of Faafu Atoll. After launching the service, he presented a commemorative bank card to the Island Council. BML states that the Feeali ATM will provide 24-hour cash withdrawal and deposit services, as well as bill payment and transfer services for individuals and businesses.
Under the project to establish BML ATM services in the atolls, ATMs have been installed and services have begun in all inhabited islands of 12 atolls so far. The most recent ATM service was established in Vaavu Atoll. As Bank of Maldives continues the project to install ATMs throughout the country under the supervision of the Ministry of Economic Development, BML’s goal is to complete this project entirely by the end of this year.
