He finished the race in 5:29.37 seconds. Second place was secured by Mohamed Nasif from Hanimaadhoo School, who completed the race in 5:32.94 seconds. Ibrahim Shaihaan from Jalaaluddin School came in third, finishing the race in 5:52.95 seconds.
In the under-17 women’s category of the 1500 meter race, first place was won by Soaima binti Ahmed from HDh. Atoll School. She finished the race in 6:53.95 seconds. Yasaaratu Ibrahim from Makunudhoo School came in second, completing the race in 6:57.51 seconds. Mariyam Maya Adam from Nolhivaranfaru School secured third place, finishing in 7:04.63 seconds.
