Fenaka Corporation has announced that employees who chose to leave the company under its newly established redundancy policy, aimed at rightsizing the workforce, have been provided with four months’ salary as compensation. This initiative was introduced to offer employees a dignified exit with a structured benefits package. While 108 employees applied for voluntary redundancy, the corporation confirmed that all payments were processed in accordance with formal agreements signed between the company and the respective staff. Furthermore, Fenaka dismissed allegations suggesting that employees were misled, asserting that the entire process was conducted transparently and in full compliance with established corporate policies.
